Statement from the 141st session of the Government of Montenegro
When determining mineral raw materials of strategic importance, their availability and distribution within Montenegro, existing and potential economic significance, possibilities for industrial processing, importance for energy and infrastructure security, market value, developmental potential, as well as the need for long-term and sustainable management of mineral resources were taken into account. The report concludes that through intensified joint inspection controls, an organized and continuous response of competent authorities to challenges characteristic of the summer tourist season has been ensured, with significant preventive and repressive actions and laying the groundwork for further improvement of this inspection control model. Funds for the implementation of works are provided through a joint financing model: the Ministry of Public Works covering 95% of the total contracted value of works from the Capital Budget of Montenegro, and the Capital City covering 5% from its budget. The projected facility is of 2PO+P+6 floors, with a total net area of 29,209.25 m² and a total gross developed construction area of 31,666.90 m², including two underground levels of 13,932.91 m² and above-ground part of 17,733.99 m². In accordance with FIFA and UEFA standards, the total capacity of the stands is 6,100 seats, including 5,694 spectator seats, 30 seats for persons with reduced mobility, 66 seats for journalists (42 with tables), 260 seats in VIP boxes, and 50 seats for special VIP guests (20 arranged in boxes). Approval has been given for the Džiudžic Association of Montenegro to organize and host the European Championship for seniors, juniors, masters, and para competitions in 2027.
