In 2026, the Statistical Office announced the need for an assistant director position - Sector for Agriculture, Fisheries, Environment, and Forestry statistics. The competency, knowledge, and ability assessment of candidates meeting the public competition requirements for the senior official position in accordance with the conditions of the competition and the Regulation on criteria and procedures for assessing knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities for work in state bodies will be conducted. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test will submit a written work evaluating priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which they are appointed. The written work is assessed based on specific competencies such as analysis ability, prioritization, innovation, initiative, clarity, and structure. The structured interview evaluates general competencies including oral communication, learning and development orientation, collaboration, and leadership skills such as work organization and human resource management, as well as strategic management ability. Only candidates from the list who meet the competition requirements can participate in the verification process. Candidates must present a valid ID or other official photo ID to the Commission before the assessment begins.
