Bar: Azerbaijani Citizen Detained for Sexual Harassment of a Minor
Security officers of the Bar Department, upon the order of the public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Bar, detained O.I. (34), an Azerbaijani citizen, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of sexual harassment against a minor, a foreign national. The offense was committed on a beach in Šušanj, Bar municipality, when he approached the minor while she was in the water and made physical contact by touching her body, causing her fear and distress. He was taken to the Department's official premises, and after the necessary procedures and information gathering, he was detained on suspicion of committing the said criminal offense.
