Statement on the decisions made by the Government of Montenegro at the telephone session held on October 26, 2026. In accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government and without holding a session, the Government decided, based on the consent obtained from the majority of its members, on the Draft Regulation on the Visa Regime; the Draft Decision on Reducing the Excise Duty on the Sale of Gas Oils; and the Draft Decision Amending the Decision on Establishing the Coordination Body for the Implementation of the “Velje brdo” Project.
