List of NGOs That Did Not Submit a Proper and Complete Application or Documentation
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulation on the Selection of Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations to the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and the Conduct of Public Consultations in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 41/18), the Ministry of European Affairs publishes the LIST OF REPRESENTATIVES OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT DID NOT SUBMIT A PROPER AND COMPLETE APPLICATION OR DOCUMENTATION. Following the public call published by the Ministry of European Affairs on September 28, 2026, for the nomination of a member of the Working Group for drafting the Strategy for Informing the Public about Montenegro’s Accession to the European Union for 2027–2028, the following person was nominated: Jelena Marković, from the NGO “Montenegrin Forum,” supported by the following non-governmental organizations: All the listed non-governmental organizations submitted incomplete documentation in response to the public call for the nomination of a member of the Working Group for drafting the Strategy for Informing the Public about Montenegro’s Accession to the European Union for 2027–2028.
