Published Regulation on the List of Approved Food Additives, Conditions of Use, and Labeling Rules for Food Additives
The regulation on the List of approved food additives, conditions of use, and labeling rules for food additives was published in the 'Official Gazette of Montenegro', number 122/2026 from the 17th. The regulation establishes lists of approved food additives and their conditions of use, functional classes of additives, as well as requirements for labeling certain food colors. It is based on Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008, with subsequent amendments and supplements, continuing the alignment of Montenegrin legislation with the legal framework of the European Union in the field of food safety.
