Police officers of OB Bar clarified the criminal offense of serious bodily injury committed in Sutomore; criminal complaint filed against the suspect

Police officers of the Bar Department, following the order of the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar, filed a criminal complaint against L.Lj. (60) from Bar, suspected of committing the criminal offense of serious bodily injury, against a fellow citizen. In the afternoon hours, in front of his family apartment in Sutomore, he committed the said criminal act by hitting the victim, aged 58, with a wooden object on the forearm, then repeatedly hitting the victim in the head and body with clenched fists, resulting in serious bodily injuries. The victim received medical assistance at a healthcare facility, and the event was reported to the Duty Service of the Bar Department. Police officers, immediately upon the report, took measures and actions to clarify the event, which led to the identification and subsequent arrest of the suspect. They established key elements of the criminal offense of serious bodily injury and ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against this person in regular proceedings, suspecting that he committed the said criminal act.
