We inform you that the competence, knowledge, and ability assessment of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition, conducted by the Human Resources Department, will take place on January 19, 2026. The assessment for the position of General Director, Directorate for International Cooperation, European Integration, and Projects, will be held on August 11, 2026. The assessment of candidates who meet the competition requirements for filling a high managerial position is conducted in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and in accordance with the Regulation on criteria and detailed procedures for assessing knowledge, abilities, competencies, and skills for work in state bodies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no.). The written test involves preparing a written work that considers priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed or nominated. Structured interviews are conducted with each candidate who scores more than 50% on the written test. Only candidates from the list of candidates who meet the conditions of the competition can participate in the assessment process. We emphasize that candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photo to the Commission before the assessment begins.
