Public Call for Public Discussion on the Draft Law on Inland Navigation
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on the Election of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives to the Bodies of State Administration and the Conduct of Public Discussions in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 41/18), the Ministry of Maritime Affairs is opening a public discussion for citizens, the professional public, and all other interested parties to participate and contribute to the consideration of the Draft Law on Inland Navigation. Additionally, we inform you that a round table regarding the Draft Law on Inland Navigation will be held on the 27th at 10:00 AM in Meeting Room No. 29, at Rimski trg 46, 81000 Podgorica. Interested entities can submit their comments, proposals, and suggestions on the Draft Law on Inland Navigation in writing to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs at Rimski trg 46, 81000 Podgorica, or via email to snezana.djurkovic@mpo.gov.me, throughout the entire duration of the public discussion. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs will review all received comments, objections, and suggestions and will prepare a Report on the conducted public discussion. The Draft Law on Inland Navigation will be available to the public on the Ministry of Maritime Affairs' website and the e-Government portal.
