Investigating Employee Satisfaction for Better Public Administration
We are investigating employee satisfaction to improve public administration in Montenegro. In collaboration with the EU-funded project 'EU 4 Public Administration,' led by KPMG and expert Prof. Dr. Olivera Komar, a survey will measure key indicators such as job content, work environment, evaluation, rewards, training, responsibility, participation, leadership, communication, organizational culture, engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction. The survey, conducted anonymously online, aims to provide feedback to improve motivation and address key issues faced by employees in government bodies.
