The meetings addressed ways to enhance cooperation with Montenegro, with particular emphasis on potential financing models for development and infrastructure projects, access to international capital markets, and opportunities to establish new financial arrangements. The discussions also focused on expanding the international investor base, strengthening communication with financial markets, and diversifying funding sources through the use of various financial instruments in line with the country’s development priorities and fiscal capacity. The participants exchanged views on current developments in international financial markets, available financing instruments, and opportunities to further improve cooperation with Montenegro, taking into account its development potential and progress on its European path. “Our goal is to expand financing opportunities for development projects through closer cooperation with leading international banks and investors, further diversify funding sources and instruments, and broaden the base of international investors interested in Montenegro.
