Forms for Reporting a Vessel’s Arrival and Departure in the Event of a Technical Issue with the NMSW
Reporting a vessel’s arrival and departure, as well as submitting accompanying documents, is carried out exclusively through the National Single Maritime Window (NMSW). Article 30 of the Regulation on Navigation Safety, Reporting and Maritime Traffic Management (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 69/26) stipulates that if an authorized user is unable to submit a report through the NMSW for technical reasons, the information may be submitted to the competent harbour master’s office by email or in person. In that case, the forms available below should be used. Once the technical issue has been resolved, all information, certificates and documents must subsequently be entered into the NMSW in chronological order.
