REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTED PUBLIC DISCUSSION ON THE DRAFT LAW ON SALARIES AND OTHER RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PERFORMING OF JUDICIAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL FUNCTIONS
The duration of the public discussion is 20 days. The Ministry of Justice published the draft Law on Salaries and Other Rights related to the performance of judicial and constitutional functions for public discussion on April 21, 2026. The Ministry of Justice invited citizens, scientific and professional public, government bodies, political parties, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, media, and all interested organizations and communities to participate in the public discussion and contribute by submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions in writing via mail to the Ministry of Justice at Vuka Karadžića Street 3, 81000 Podgorica, or electronically to the email: sladjana.ivanovic@mpa.gov.me. During the public discussion, comments, proposals, and suggestions were received from: NVO Sistem, NVO Akcija za ljudska prava (HRA), judges of the Basic Court in Podgorica, the Association of Judges of Montenegro, and judges of the Basic Court in Nikšić.
