The 15th cycle of the Vocational Training Program for Persons with Higher Education Begins

A public call for employers from the private and public sectors to participate in the Vocational Training Program for persons with higher education, who operate within Montenegro, will be published tomorrow, October 10. Employers submit applications for participation in the Vocational Training Program via the e-Government portal at https://euprava.gov.me/. We remind that since last year, the condition for applying to the Vocational Training Program is possession of an electronic ID card (eLK) and a compatible reader, and from this year, the possibility of applying using an electronic certificate issued by the Post of Montenegro, containing an identification number (IB), has been expanded. After successfully activating the ID card, it must be registered in the Electronic Identification and Authentication System (Ns eID) according to the instructions published on the e-Government Portal at https://idp.gov.me/IdP-RM-Front/choose/rekono.htm. Job postings for participation in the Vocational Training Program are initiated from the Program's webpage at https://euprava.gov.me/strucno-osposobljavanje. We remind that the right to vocational training is granted to persons with higher education who have no work experience in a specific level of education and are registered with the Employment Agency. Employers are obliged to provide training to users in accordance with the Vocational Training Program for persons with higher education. The goal of the Program is to contribute to reducing youth unemployment, facilitate the transition of young people from education to the labor market, and provide guidelines to higher education institutions in designing enrollment policies.
