Decision to Cancel the Public Call for Nominations of 3 NGO Representatives for a Member of the Working Group for Drafting the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services
Based on Article 24, Paragraph 1, Point 1 of the Law on State Administration (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 078/18 of 04.12.2018, 070/21 of 25.06.2021, 052/22 of 13.05.2022) and Article 3 of the Regulation on the Selection of NGO Representatives in the Bodies of State Administration and Public Consultation in Law and Strategy Preparation (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 041/18 of 28.06.2018, 086/26 of 19.06.2026), and in accordance with guidelines received from the European Commission on how to transpose EU legal acquis into national legislation in the process of aligning Montenegrin legislation with EU law, the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights issues: the cancellation of the public call for nominations of 3 NGO representatives for a member of the working group for drafting the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services.
