Advertisement - Collection of Offers for Construction Works of a Residential Building in Podgorica
The Housing Cooperative of Healthcare Workers of Montenegro ZDRAVSTVO, Podgorica, is publishing an advertisement for collecting offers for construction works of a residential building in Podgorica. Subject of the Advertisement: Construction of a collective housing building with activities according to the 'turnkey' system, with floors P+4+Ps (mezzanine), planned on cadastral parcel number 281/2 and 4139//9 KO Podgorica II, UP1-15, Block 1, within the DUP zone 'Zagorič 3 and 4 - zone 2' in Podgorica, in accordance with the revised main project. The contractor is also obliged to remove the existing building on the parcel. The contractor must prepare an Original Field Data Report of the existing state for registration and elaboration of the building, as well as a Floor-by-Floor Breakdown Report of the building. The planned deadline for the execution of works is a maximum of 30 months.
