Ibrahimović at the inauguration of the new premises of the Council of Europe in New York
During the session of the UN General Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Ervin Ibrahimović attended the inauguration of the new premises of the Council of Europe in New York, opened by Secretary General Alen Berse. In times of growing global challenges, the Council of Europe remains a key pillar of the European multilateral order, which protects human rights, democracy, and the rule of law. By opening a representation in New York, Strasbourg is bringing itself closer to the UN, further strengthening cooperation based on shared values and legal standards. Preparing for the November presidency of the Committee of Ministers, we look forward to contributing to the achievement of these common goals.
