Distribution of import customs quotas for agricultural products in 2027 according to the order of acceptance of customs declarations
51/17 and 33/26), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management issues a Decision on the method of distribution of import customs quotas for agricultural products in 2027. The method of distribution from paragraph 1 of this article applies to all customs quotas for the import of agricultural products, regardless of the individual quota amount. The distribution of customs quotas for the import of agricultural products is carried out by the competent customs authority in chronological order of acceptance of customs declarations, until the available quantity of each quota is exhausted. If at the time of acceptance of the customs declaration the remaining available quota is less than the declared amount of goods, preferential customs treatment is granted only for the remaining quota, in accordance with customs regulations. The customs authority keeps records of the distribution and utilization of import quotas for agricultural products and submits data on imported quantities to the relevant agricultural authority (hereinafter: Ministry) no later than the 15th. The data from paragraph 1 of this article are provided under international agreements, tariff codes, country of origin, available and utilized quota amounts, as well as other data necessary for monitoring its use.
