Bijelo Polje: Detained on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unlawful sexual conduct against a 16-year-old minor

Officials of the Bijelo Polje Department of Security, acting on a report of the incident and under the order of the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, detained S.S (46) on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unlawful sexual conduct against a 16-year-old minor. The incident was reported to the police yesterday, after which police officers immediately responded and took a series of measures and actions that quickly led to clarifying the event. Previously, on multiple occasions and at various locations in the Bijelo Polje area, using force and threats, the suspect touched the victim's intimate parts and forced her to touch him. The minor's statement was taken in the presence of her parent and social work center officials. The suspect was detained under the order of the competent state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unlawful sexual conduct. Along with the criminal report, he will be forwarded to the competent state prosecutor within the legally prescribed period for further proceedings.
