Candidate Verification Data for Public Notice 02-100/26-821/3 - Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates meeting the conditions of public notice number 02-100/26-821/3, published by the Human Resources Department on March 20, 2026, for the Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica for the position of Independent Referent/Referentka, Executive Worker, Nikšić Department, will be held on July 16, 2026. The content of the theoretical part of the written test is determined by a random selection method of 20 questions from a list related to the knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, working methods, and procedures of government bodies, to which candidates respond by choosing one of several offered answers. The practical part of the written test includes two tasks related to the job description for which the notice is conducted, selected randomly from 10 tasks provided by the state authority filling the position. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical part of the written test, or those who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge check of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the notice), may proceed to an oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the notice can participate in the verification process. We emphasize that candidates must present a personal ID card or other identification document with a photograph for identity verification before starting the written test.
