September, Rožaje Municipality Day, to the Mayor of Rožaje Rahman Husović and the President of the Municipal Assembly Almir Avdić. On the occasion of Rožaje Municipality Day, on behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration and personally, I extend my sincere congratulations to the municipal leadership as well as to all citizens, wishing you to celebrate this holiday in the spirit of unity and the promotion of your rich tradition and cultural heritage. Rožaje is a municipality that, with its people, tradition, multi-ethnic harmony, and development potential, represents an important part of northern Montenegro. Our goal must be to provide citizens, regardless of where they live in Montenegro, with quality public services, better living conditions, and equal opportunities for progress. I believe that with responsible local government, support from state institutions, and active citizen participation, Rožaje will continue on its path of development and creating new opportunities for its residents, especially the youth. Happy Rožaje Municipality Day, with the hope that next year will bring even more success, investments, new jobs, and reasons for young people to stay and return.
