Public Announcement of Reward for Information of Significance for the Location and Detention of Suspect for Serious Criminal Offenses - Radoje Zvicera
Based on Article 92 of the Law on Internal Affairs, in connection with Articles 236 and 238 of the Law on Obligations, upon the proposal of the Director of the Police Directorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs publicly announces a monetary reward of 500,000 euros for information containing accurate data of importance for the direct location, discovery, and detention of Radoje Zvicera (42), a Montenegrin citizen, for whom a red international warrant has been issued via Interpol. The reward applies to information that can lead to the finding and detention of Radoje Zvicera, who is subject to an international warrant due to suspicion of committing crimes including organized crime, serious murder, murder, attempted murder via incitement, drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, and money laundering. The information is considered credible if it cumulatively meets the conditions of containing accurate and verifiable data enabling the location and detention of the person, directly contributing to police operational activities, and being decisive for successful apprehension. To enable immediate, confidential, and institutionally protected communication, the information should be delivered in person solely to the Director of the Police Directorate, the Assistant Director responsible for combating crime, or the Chief of the Special Police Department. The right to the reward does not belong to persons who already possessed the data available to the Police Directorate, police officers and their immediate family members, nor to persons who participated in the commission of the crimes for which an international warrant has been issued.
