Nikšić woman suspected of transferring a vehicle to another owner with a false contract

Officials of the Nikšić Department of Security, after undertaking criminal measures and actions, and at the order of the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, filed a criminal report against M.J. (51) from Nikšić, due to suspicion of falsifying a sales contract for a vehicle, based on which the vehicle was transferred to another person's ownership without the knowledge of the actual owner. Officers of the Economic Crime Suppression Unit took, during the investigation phase, necessary criminal measures and actions to establish all facts and circumstances of this event. In 2023, at the premises of the company "A.M." in Nikšić, where she is employed as an administrative worker, she drafted and concluded a commission sale agreement for a passenger motor vehicle, although, as suspected, she was aware that one of the signatories of the contract, according to law, could not sign it. All established facts and circumstances of the event were reported to the acting public prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, who ordered the Regional Security Center "West" officials to continuously undertake activities to discover, clarify, and prosecute criminal acts in the field of economic crime, and to protect citizens and their property from all forms of unlawful conduct.
