Podgorica: Continued activities to suppress street drug sales – police confiscated cocaine and 5,100 euros, one person detained
As part of ongoing efforts to combat drug abuse and identify individuals involved in street drug sales in the capital city, officers of the Podgorica Security Department detained one suspect on the prosecutor's orders for selling cocaine. The suspect, 34-year-old D.K. from Zeta, was found with a package of cocaine during a police check. Additionally, a search of his apartment and a Volkswagen Golf VI vehicle yielded 13 plastic packages of cocaine and numerous smaller plastic bags. The police also seized the vehicle, four mobile phones, and 5,100 euros suspected to be proceeds from street cocaine sales.
