Public Call for Nominations of NGO Representatives to the Working Body for Drafting the Law on Rental Housing
The Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property will select a representative of non-governmental organizations who meets the prescribed conditions and has received the most nominations from NGOs that meet the requirements to be a member of the working body. In case of an equal number of nominations for two or more candidates, the Minister will make the final selection of NGO representatives for the working body.
