Candidate verification date for the public competition for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Secretary of the Ministry position

We inform you that the competence, knowledge, and ability assessment of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition, conducted by the Human Resources Department, will take place on January 19, 2026 (Tuesday), at the premises of the Human Resources Department, starting at 08:30. The assessment of competence, knowledge, and abilities of candidates who meet the competition requirements for filling a high managerial position is carried out in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and in accordance with the Regulation on criteria and detailed procedures for conducting assessments of knowledge, abilities, competencies, and skills for work in state authorities ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no.). Written testing involves preparing a written work that considers priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed or assigned. Structured interviews are conducted with each candidate who scores more than 50% on the written test. Only candidates from the list of candidates who meet the conditions of the competition can participate in the assessment process. We emphasize that candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission before the assessment begins.
