Report on Conducted Public Consultation

Based on Article 13 of the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Bodies of the Public Administration and Conducting Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Economic Development prepared a REPORT ON THE CONDUCTED PUBLIC CONSULTATION. In accordance with Article 12 of the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Bodies of the Public Administration and Conducting Public Debate in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Economic Development issued a public call to authorities, organizations, associations, and individuals (hereinafter: interested public) to participate in the initial phase of preparing the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Bankruptcy Law. The interested public was invited to submit their initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments in written form (address: Rimski trg, No. 46, 81000 Podgorica) and electronically (email: milena.martinovic@mek.gov.me). The consultations with the interested public during the initial phase of preparing the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Bankruptcy Law lasted 15 days from the date of publication of the public call on the Ministry of Economic Development's website.
