Vujović: Montenegro and Egypt's Cultural Cooperation to Be Enhanced

Cooperation between Montenegro and the Arab Republic of Egypt in the field of culture will be further improved through more intensive institutional exchanges, implementation of joint programs and projects, as well as connecting artists and cultural institutions of both countries. Minister of Culture and Media Dr. Tamara Vujović was in Egypt from the 19th. Our goal is to strengthen existing friendly relations with concrete programs, exchange of experts and artists, and linking cultural institutions. I believe this visit will open space for new joint initiatives and bring contemporary creations and the values of our cultural heritage closer to citizens of both countries. To further improve cultural ties, the coordination of a new Cooperation Program in the field of culture between the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro and the Ministry of Culture of the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period 2026–2030 is underway, coinciding with the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
