Krapović: Today I Filed a Criminal Complaint Against Lawyer Veselin Radulović at the ODT in Podgorica Due to Reasonable Suspicion of Committing the Crime of False Reporting
In his criminal report submitted to the Special State Prosecutor's Office, he outlined allegations related to the use of official Ministry of Defense vehicles and the engagement of military police personnel during travel in January 2025. Previously, he had filed reports concerning the procurement of patrol boats and alleged irregularities in the payment of variable compensations, which in the public sphere, through continuous statements, created an image of alleged illegalities and corruption within the Ministry of Defense. It is particularly important to emphasize that this case is not an isolated legal issue but a series of reports and public statements characterized by political motivation aimed at discrediting me as Minister of Defense. The political motivation of such actions is indicated by the continuity of filing reports, their public disclosure, and media elaboration, which attempts to shape public perception of alleged guilt before any facts are established by competent authorities. Given all of the above, the filing of this criminal complaint aims to enable the competent prosecutor's office to examine whether the criminal reports and public statements by Veselin Radulović were based on genuine and well-founded suspicion of committing criminal acts or were part of politically motivated actions and attempts to discredit me. However, no one should use judicial institutions as instruments of political revenge or attempt to undermine the reputation of individuals and state institutions through unfounded reports.
