Ibrahimović received a farewell visit from Ukraine's ambassador Herasimenka: Montenegro-Ukraine relations further strengthened during his tenure

Minister Ibrahimović thanked Ambassador Herasimenka for his dedicated and committed work during his diplomatic service in Montenegro, as well as for his personal contribution to further strengthening the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries. He emphasized that Montenegro highly values the quality and recognizable diplomatic activities of Ambassador Herasimenka, which have significantly contributed to enhancing mutual understanding, political dialogue, and cooperation between Montenegro and Ukraine, especially considering the complex circumstances and ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine. He stated that Montenegro, within its capabilities and capacities, will continue to provide strong support to Ukraine through bilateral, multilateral, and NATO mechanisms. Ambassador Herasimenka highlighted that the support Montenegro has provided to Ukraine over the past years has been exceptional and expressed particular gratitude for the clear positions voiced by Montenegro in bilateral and multilateral formats. The interlocutors assessed that the numerous achieved and visible results during Ambassador Herasimenka's tenure confirm the further strengthening of overall relations between Montenegro and Ukraine, with a constant and intensive political dialogue, while cooperation continues to develop and deepen in all areas of mutual interest at both bilateral and multilateral levels. Minister Ibrahimović once again expressed gratitude to Ambassador Herasimenka for his engagement and contribution to the relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his future professional and diplomatic endeavors.
