Candidate verification date for public competition for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - position of General Director, Directorate for Normative-Legal and Human Resources Affairs

We inform you that the verification of competencies, knowledge, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition, published by the Human Resources Department on January 19, 2026, for the position of General Director, Directorate for Normative-Legal and Human Resources Affairs, will be held on August 11, 2026. The verification of competencies, knowledge, and abilities of candidates meeting the competition requirements for filling a high managerial position is conducted in accordance with the conditions of the public competition and in accordance with the Regulation on criteria and detailed procedures for verifying knowledge, abilities, competencies, and skills for work in state bodies ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no.). Written testing involves preparing a written work that includes an assessment of priorities and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed or nominated. Structured interviews are conducted with each candidate who has scored more than 50% on the written test. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the competition can participate in the verification process. Please note that candidates must present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission before the start of the verification.
