Public Call for Participants in the Training Programme for Acquiring Key Skills for Performing the Duties of an Integrity Manager

The Human Resources Administration and the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption are organising the sixth cycle of the Training Programme for Performing the Duties of an Integrity Manager and invite all interested integrity managers working in state administration bodies and local self-government units to apply for participation. The aim of the Programme is to equip participants to perform the duties of an integrity manager effectively, with a particular focus on improving the functioning of public authorities and taking preventive action in the fight against corruption. The Programme consists of 12 thematic areas organised into three units. It lasts 11 days and is held twice a week, in accordance with the Training Calendar attached to this public call. Participants are required to attend 80% of the Programme in order to be eligible to take the final assessment of knowledge and skills required to acquire the key skill for performing the duties of an integrity manager. Preference in the selection process will be given to candidates from institutions with a high level of exposure to corruption risks, while ensuring proportional representation of representatives of all institutions and gender balance within the group.
