Call for Training of Professional Users of Plant Protection Products
The Food Safety, Veterinary, and Phytosanitary Affairs Administration invites users of plant protection products intended for professional users to register for training on the safe and proper use of plant protection products. Trainings are organized continuously according to the educational program for professional users, and interested individuals can apply to attend the basic and/or additional educational programs. We remind that, in accordance with the Law on Plant Protection Products, products marked with the label "for professional users" can only be purchased and used in retail by persons who possess a license for professional use of plant protection products. The license is issued to a professional user who has completed the prescribed training program, passed a knowledge test, and holds a certificate of completed education, except in cases where the license can be issued based on appropriate professional qualifications. After this training cycle, the purchase and use of plant protection products intended for professional users will not be possible for persons who do not meet the prescribed conditions or do not possess a license for professional use of plant protection products. Information about dates, registration procedures, and training locations will be published on the website, and all registered participants will be additionally contacted via phone using the numbers provided during registration for the training.
