Public Call 'NEET Youth – Empowered Youth'

The Commission for the allocation of funds for financing projects/programs of non-governmental organizations for the public competition 'NEET Youth – Empowered Youth', established by the Ministry of Sports and Youth through decision number: 01-08-615/26-551/8, announces for financing projects/programs of non-governmental organizations in the field of social care for children and youth in 2026. Partnerships consisting of at least two non-governmental organizations can apply for this public competition, with one organization acting as the lead and responsible for the overall implementation, while other partner organizations participate in activities according to mutually defined roles and responsibilities. According to Article 32ž paragraph 4 of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations, the total amount of funds that can be allocated to a non-governmental organization based on this competition cannot exceed 20% of the total funds allocated for distribution under this competition. The distribution of funds to organizations that meet the conditions of this competition will be based on the following criteria: project scoring according to specified criteria, determined by the Regulation on financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations in areas of public interest ('Official Gazette CG').
