Based on Article 32ž of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (Official Gazette of CG, no. 39/11 and 37/17) and the Regulation on financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations in areas of public interest (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. titled "Let's Learn Human Rights"), the Commission for the allocation of funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations in the field of improving the quality of life of LGBTI persons in Montenegro for 2026 is in the decision-making process.
