Albania becomes the first country in the region to join ICCSW
Albania becomes the first country in the region to join ICCSW - Albania has joined the International Coalition on Cyber Security Workforces (ICCSW), becoming the first from the region to join this international coalition for developing professional capacities in cybersecurity. ICCSW is led by the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) and brings together governments and organizations working to build and maintain a qualified and sustainable workforce in this field. The coalition's work focuses on creating a common terminology for professional skills, sharing best practices, setting minimum quality standards for professionals, and increasing interoperability between national cybersecurity frameworks. Membership in ICCSW supports the Albanian government's vision to position Albania as a regional hub of knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity. Through this collaboration, the country will contribute to the development of shared international approaches and standards, exchange expertise with member states, and strengthen the training of Albanian professionals in this field.
