Press Release on the Decisions of the Government of Montenegro Made at the Teleconference Held on July 31, 2026

In accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of government members, the following decisions were made: 1. Information about the cancellation of the Public Call for submitting offers for the concession contract for detailed geological research and exploitation of non-metallic mineral raw materials of architectural and construction stone deposits "Skrbuša" in the municipality of Kolašin; 2. Information about the model of establishing a joint-stock company of strategic national interest for managing the national internet domain ".me"; 3. Information with a proposal for the payment of one-time allowances to members of the Evaluation Committee for applications received for the Competition to encourage participation in the Framework Program for Research and Innovation "Horizon Europe" in 2026; 4. Information with a proposal for the payment of a one-time allowance to members of the licensing committees for scientific research institutions; 5. Proposal for granting approval for the payment of allowances to members of the Evaluation Committee for meeting the conditions for acquiring the status of beneficiary of incentive measures for the development of research and innovation, for the period July-December 2026.
