Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on September 14, 2026
On September 14, 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, decisions were made regarding: 1. The draft law on amendments and supplements to the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing; 2. The draft law for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services with the Report from the public debate; 3. The draft law on the resilience of critical infrastructure with the Report from the public debate; 4. The draft law on amendments and supplements to the Law on Alternative Investment Funds; 5. The draft law on amendments and supplements to the Law on Open Investment Funds with a public offer.
