Notice of Exam for Tax Advisor
The Ministry of Finance announces that interested candidates who meet the conditions prescribed by the Law on Tax Advisors are invited to apply for the exam for tax advisors, which will take place in November-December 2026. The exam covers the following areas: SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE TAX ADVISOR EXAM The application for the tax advisor exam is submitted to the Ministry of Finance, which the candidate must attach the following: The Ministry of Finance will, ex officio, request data from the criminal record from the Ministry of Justice for individuals who submit complete documentation. Payment for the tax advisor exam is made to the giro account: Budget of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance, giro account number: 832-1002-04, purpose of payment: Fee for taking the tax advisor exam. The exam for tax advisors in each area consists of two parts: The written part of the exam includes 10 questions from each area. The right to retake the exam can be exercised in the next exam period, which cannot be longer than 60 days from the date of the exam. Candidates interested in preparing for the exam can find the literature in Annex 2 of the Regulation on the program and manner of taking the exam for tax advisors, which will be available on the Ministry of Finance's website.
