Krapović: People are Montenegro's greatest value, knowledge is the best investment in the future
Minister of Defense Dragan Krapović and Chief of the General Staff of the Army of Montenegro, Brigadier General Miodrag Vuksanović, today received Second Lieutenant of the Army of Montenegro Strahinja Janjušić, on the occasion of his exceptional academic achievements and training at one of the most prestigious universities in the world. Following this, with the support of Minister Krapović, he was enabled to continue postgraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he is engaged in research and application of artificial intelligence. Minister Krapović emphasized that Janjušić's success confirms that Montenegro has young and exceptionally talented people who can assert themselves on the most prestigious global educational and scientific institutions through their knowledge and work. Chief of the General Staff, Brigadier General Miodrag Vuksanović, highlighted the importance of continuous investment in education and training of young people, stressing that knowledge, innovation, and international experience are vital resources for societal development. Second Lieutenant Janjušić expressed gratitude for the reception and trust shown, noting that it is a great honor for him to have the opportunity to study at one of the leading global universities, and that he will strive to use his acquired knowledge in the best possible way. The Ministry of Defense will continue to recognize and support young, talented, and promising individuals, creating conditions for their education and professional development at the most reputable global institutions.
