Completed training cycle on the application of artificial intelligence for officials of the Ministry of Public Administration
The final workshop "Connecting AI tools" marked the end of a series of specialized trainings dedicated to the practical application of artificial intelligence in daily work for ten officials of the Ministry of Public Administration. The trainings were organized within the project "EU 4 Public Administration - EU4PA" with the aim of improving employees' digital competencies and better understanding the opportunities offered by modern AI tools in a professional environment. They covered topics such as "Basics of AI and prompt engineering," "AI tools for productivity," and "Connecting AI tools," focusing on developing knowledge and skills for practical, efficient, and responsible use of new technologies to better utilize their potential in everyday work and improve the quality of public services. The trainings were led by Aleksandar Plamenac, an IT expert, who demonstrated the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in daily business processes through practical examples and working with participants. The EU4PA project is financed by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by KPMG.
