Public Call for Participation in Public Debate on Draft Law on Digital Radio Diffusion

Based on Article 15 of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Working Bodies of the Public Administration and the Conduct of Public Debates in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies ("Official Gazette" 41/18), the Ministry of Economic Development announces a PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC DEBATE ON THE DRAFT LAW ON DIGITAL RADIO DIFFUSION. The interested public (citizens, economic entities, scientific and professional public, government bodies, public administration bodies, non-governmental organizations, and other interested entities) is invited to participate in the public debate on the Draft Law on Digital Radio Diffusion. The public debate will last 20 days from the publication of this call. Comments, proposals, and suggestions should be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development at the address: Podgorica, Rimski trg 46, or via email: hajriz.adrovic@mek.gov.me, using Form 4, which is an integral part of the Regulation on the Selection of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives in the Working Bodies of the Public Administration and the Conduct of Public Debates in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies. Consultations with the interested public regarding the preparation of the Draft Law on Digital Radio Diffusion will last 20 days from the date of publication of this call. The Ministry of Economic Development will consider all received comments, proposals, and suggestions and will prepare a report on the conducted public debate within 15 days after its completion.
