JU Center for Vocational Education
Based on the General Law on Education and Upbringing (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro, no. 64/02 from 28.11.2002, 31/05 from 19.05.2005, 49/07 from 11.08.2007, Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 45/10 from 05.08.2010, 45/11 from 10.09.2011, 36/13 from 27.07.2013, 39/13 from 08.08.2013, 47/17 from 20.07.2017, 59/21 from 05.06.2021, 146/21 from 01.01.2022, 3/23 from 11.01.2023, 84/24 from 06.09.2024, 89/25 from 05.08.2025, 12/26 from 06.02.2026), the Center for Vocational Education performs development, advisory, research, professional tasks, and ensures the quality of educational and upbringing work in the field of adult vocational education. The act establishing the Center regulates: the bodies of the Center, jurisdiction, composition, mandate, and other issues important for the work of the Center. The levels of competition, manner and conditions of organization, rules of competition, as well as the content and form of the diploma awarded, are prescribed by the Ministry upon the proposal of the Center.
