AI WORKPLACE FUNDAMENTALS
Public administration employees are invited to apply for the “AI Workplace Fundamentals” course, a practical live online training delivered by General Assembly as part of its cooperation with ReSPA. The course provides an accessible introduction to AI tools and methods and helps participants use them independently, effectively, and responsibly, regardless of their role or previous technical experience. The invitation is intended for employees of public administration institutions, regardless of their area of work—from public policy development and administration to human resources management, communications, public service delivery, and operational support. Upon successfully completing the course and meeting the prescribed course requirements, participants will receive a certificate and gain practical skills they can immediately apply in their daily work: preparing and improving content, analyzing data without programming, and identifying time-saving automation opportunities. Particular attention is given to the responsible use of AI, the critical evaluation of generated outputs, and the careful handling of sensitive information in the public sector.
