Open call for project proposals under the CERV – DAPHNE 2026 program

The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, as the National Contact Point for the European Union Program Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV), informs interested institutions and organizations that the European Commission has announced a call for project proposals CERV-2026-DAPHNE. The call aims to fund projects that contribute to preventing and combating all forms of violence against women, children, and other vulnerable groups through the development of preventive measures, improvement of victim protection systems, and strengthening cooperation between relevant institutions and civil society organizations. The European Commission will fund projects that contribute to one or more of the following priorities: Legal entities registered in countries participating in the CERV program, including Montenegro, can apply. Most projects within the DAPHNE call are implemented through international partnerships, enabling experience exchange, development of joint solutions, and transfer of good practices among organizations from different participating countries. We invite all interested institutions and organizations to take advantage of this funding opportunity and contribute to improving the protection system against violence through quality project proposals.
